NOTICE OF ELECTION
TO: THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, WHO RESIDE IN HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46:
The Board of Emergency Services Commissioners of HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 has issued an Order calling for an election to be held on May 10, 2014 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at which election all eligible voters residing within the boundaries of HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 will be entitled to vote on the following:

You, the voter, may cast no vote or may cast one vote for each of one, two or three candidates among those candidates whose name(s) are pre-printed on the ballot and/or written in by you, the voter, from the official list of certified write-in candidates.

LOCATIONS OF POLLING PLACES: Qualified voters residing in HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 may vote in the appropriate polling place designated for the election. The consolidated county election precincts and the respective Election Day polling places are described in Attachment 1, below.
Early voting
Early voting shall be conducted byVERA NYKAZA,the Early Voting Clerk, from April 28 through May 6, 2014.The consolidated county election precincts and the respective Early Voting polling places are described in Attachment 2, below.
The Early Voting Clerk’s official mailing address to which ballot applications and ballots voted by mail may be sent is Early Voting Clerk, Harris County Emergency Services District No. 46, Atascocita VFD, Administrative Building, 18425 Timber Forest Drive, Humble, TX 77346. The ballot applications must be received by the Early Voting Clerk no later than May 1, 2014, at 5:00 PM.
