TO: THE QUALIFIED VOTERS OF HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS, WHO RESIDE IN HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46:
The Board of Emergency Services Commissioners of HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 has issued an Order calling for an election to be held on May 6, 2017 from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, at which election all eligible voters residing within the boundaries of HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 will be entitled to vote on the following:
TAX RATE — Texas Health and Safety Code § 775.0745
FOR To authorize in Harris County Emergency Services District AGAINST No. 46 a maximum ad valorem tax rate of ten ($0.10) cents on each $100 of taxable value of
property.
LOCATIONS OF POLLING PLACES: Qualified voters residing in HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 may vote in the appropriate polling place designated for the election. The consolidated county election precincts and the respective Election Day polling places are described in Attachment 1, below.
