Notice Of Deadline To File Applications For Place On The Ballot

HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 is a political subdivision of the State of Texas, operating under Chapter 775 of the Texas Health & Safety Code.

The District Board is composed of five members. The board members serve staggered four year terms. This year two seats are up for election.

Notice is hereby given that applications for a place on the HARRIS COUNTY EMERGENCY SERVICES DISTRICT NO. 46 Regular Election ballot may be filed during the following time:

Filing Dates and Times
Start Date: January 15, 2020
End Date: February 14, 2020 at 5:00 PM
Election Date: November 3, 2020

• Early Voting: Governor Greg Abbott has extended the dates for early voting due to COVID -19.
